After 25 years of a wonderful mission at First Presbyterian Church in Ann Arbor—our partnership mission in the Philippines— we are planning a celebration of friendship and love. The celebration will be held in the Social Hall of FPC on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9, from 6:00-9:00 pm.
The celebration will include an authentic Filipino dinner made by all of us, with lechon, pancit with shrimp, rice, talong casserole, chicken adobo, coleslaw, macaroons, and mango cake. The celebration will also include Filipino dancing and singing by the PACE (the Ann Arbor Philippines Arts and Culture Ensemble), a violin solo by artist Kristine Clair Galano (Kay Cee), a vocal solo by our own Elsie Weil and group singing to Kini Ang Adlaw. Most importantly, this will be an evening of love, friendship, remembering, and gratitude for this wonderful opportunity to be God’s hands.
Cost: $20 per adult, $10 per child (12 and under)
