Cancelled: Ash Wednesday Evening Services and Dinner

Wednesday, February 26, 2020

UPDATE: The Ann Arbor Public Schools are closed. The current weather conditions are hazardous. The forecast is that the weather will worsen. All of these things lead us, out of concern for your safety, to cancel this evening’s services and programs, including the 5:30 family service, the 7:30 Taizé Service, and the 6:30 dinner that was to be served in between. For those who wish to worship before that time, from 12:15 to 2:00 p.m., Monteith Hall will be open for anyone who wishes to receive ashes today.

Our building will close today at 3:00 p.m. As for this evening, please stay home and stay safe. We are working on an opportunity for you to receive the imposition of Ashes this Sunday, and will make an announcement about that later in the week. We also remind you that there is a Taizé service next Tuesday, March 3, at 7:00 p.m. in Monteith Hall. Dinner precedes that service at 6 p.m.
