First Sunday: Yoga for Everyone

Join us at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 5, to discover the mind and body benefits of yoga. You’ll be introduced to ten poses considered the “building blocks“ of yoga to provide a complete yoga workout. Modifications for each pose will be offered. Bring a mat or blanket (if you don’t have one, we’ll have a few extras).
