First Forums: A Fresh Conversation

Sunday, November 19, 2017

You are invited to participate in "First Forums: A Fresh Conversation." We believe the church is called to be present and engaged with, not isolated from, the world. "First Forums" seek to explore challenging issues in the world and discern faithful responses. Each forum is an opportunity for open dialogue, respectful conversation, and faithful disagreement. A light lunch will be served.

First Forum: Overcoming Racism - On Sunday, November 19, 12:15 – 1:30 p.m. in the Curtis and Founders Rooms, William Hampton, Ann Arbor community leader and activist for social justice, will facilitate our discussion. Mr. Hampton currently serves as President of the Ann Arbor NAACP and is President-elect of Ann Arbor Kiwanis.
