Debbie MacVey, First Pres’ Director of Children’s Education and Families Ministries, has announced her retirement. She will continue in her current role through the completion of this year’s Vacation Bible School, and will be honored on Sunday, June 24. Two Ways to Celebrate!
There are two opportunities to recognize Debbie's twenty seven wonderful years at First Pres and to say goodbye:
- Sunday, June 10 - Come to the Church Picnic, enjoy food and fun, and take a minute to write down your favorite Children’s Ed memories or share a message for Debbie. Should you choose, you will also have an opportunity to record a video message to her.
- Sunday, June 24 - June 24 is Debbie’s last day at First Pres. Help us honor her at Coffee Hour with cake and a celebration. If you would like to contribute to a purse for Debbie, please send or drop off checks made out to First Presbyterian Church with “Debbie MacVey” on the memo line.
