Interfaith Round Table considers biobanking

The Interfaith Round Table has joined up with the University's Life Science and Society Program to sponsor four public sessions to consider biobanking as it relates to saving human DNA in various forms, the risks and benefits, and the religious, ethical and scientific considerations. The sessions will be held on Thursdays at the Ann Arbor Public Library from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on April 23, 30, and May 14 and 21. Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration

The Interfaith Round Table of Washtenaw County will hold its 14th annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 2145 Independence, in Ann Arbor. All are welcome. Give thanks with readings, music, meditations, and other unique presentations from a wide variety of faith traditions. Donations of non-perishable food or turkey money to help those in need in our community are encouraged and appreciated.
