WiFi network

WiFi is now available at First Pres. The network name is FirstPres, and it is an open network, so any member, visitor or guest in our building is welcome to connect to it. WiFi is currently available in the French, Vance, and Lewis rooms, and in Monteith Hall. The WiFi network will be extended to other parts of the building in the coming months.

Rev. Jim Monnett named Director of Youth Ministry

We are pleased to announce that the Rev. Jim Monnett will be our new Director of Youth Ministry.
Jim is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hope College. He received his basic seminary degree at McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago and is currently at work on a Doctor of Ministry Degree at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Promises to Host Common Chord

Promises, our fellowship group for specially-abled adults, will meet on the fourth Sunday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Monteith Hall, starting this fall.
Promises was formed a year ago to help our church fulfill our baptismal vows topeople of all abilities and challenges. We have five church members who participate
and more are welcome.
