Saturday Suppers, our traditional home-hosted suppers for small inter-generational groups, returns on Saturday, February 15. This month they are especially planned for members new to our congregation and others who haven't yet experienced the fun and comraderie found around our Saturday supper tables. Your hostess will let you know what to bring to the pot-luck, and because this is about fellowship more than food, we keep it simple.
The Session has called the Annual Meeting of the Congregation to follow the 9:30 worship service on January 26. In addition to hearing committee reports and a presentation on the budget, members will be asked to vote on changes to pastors' terms of call and to the church by-laws. The by-laws changes are mostly editorial. You may view a copy of the by-laws in advance of the meeting in the church office or ask that they be emailed to you.
