Families, children and friends ... be a part of our “Peeps Fair!” on Saturday morning, March 22 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in the Social Hall. Bring your ideas for a fun, imaginative morning here at church. Come, mix faith and fun, gather around a table with friends and family, and use those crazy marshmallow “Peeps” to create dioramas depicting scenes and stories from the Bible. The dioramas will be on display on Sunday morning, March 23, for all to see.
Wednesday 2:42 has been canceled tonight due to the weather conditions. The 2:42 dinner, classes, children's choir, and Pelican Plays are all canceled for this evening. The Board of Deacons, Executive Deacons Board, and the Residency and Candidates Committee meetings have also been canceled.

Enjoy a Russian Dinner on Saturday, February 1 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Social Hall. Tickets cost $12 for individuals and $30 for families. Come eat delicious Russian food prepared by members of St. Vladimir Russian Orthodox Church and First Presbyterian Church. The evening will include a short presentation by Zhanna Skalitzky on her 2013 trip to Davydovo, where she visited the village's Orthodox Church and its summer camp for children with disabilities.
Saturday Suppers, our traditional home-hosted suppers for small inter-generational groups, returns on Saturday, February 15. This month they are especially planned for members new to our congregation and others who haven't yet experienced the fun and comraderie found around our Saturday supper tables. Your hostess will let you know what to bring to the pot-luck, and because this is about fellowship more than food, we keep it simple.
The Session has called the Annual Meeting of the Congregation to follow the 9:30 worship service on January 26. In addition to hearing committee reports and a presentation on the budget, members will be asked to vote on changes to pastors' terms of call and to the church by-laws. The by-laws changes are mostly editorial. You may view a copy of the by-laws in advance of the meeting in the church office or ask that they be emailed to you.
