October 3 marks the return of Saturday Suppers, our traditional multi-generational potlucks held in church members’ homes, focusing on fellowship and fun. New this fall is the opportunity for hosts and hostesses with smaller spaces to entertain groups of four or six, while others may still want eight or ten guests. This is a wonderful way to make new friends and reconnect with others while enjoying the good food we all help prepare. Interested in participating?
The Session has called the Annual Meeting of the Congregation to follow the 9:30 worship service on January 26. In addition to hearing committee reports and a presentation on the budget, members will be asked to vote on changes to pastors' terms of call and to the church by-laws. The by-laws changes are mostly editorial. You may view a copy of the by-laws in advance of the meeting in the church office or ask that they be emailed to you.
