SUNDAY WORSHIP takes place at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary, and at 8:00 a.m. and 5:05 p.m. in Monteith Hall.

All services of worship include readings of Scripture, prayer, preaching, hymns, and other musical offerings.  

Communion is celebrated approximately once a month at the 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. a.m. services, and weekly at the 8:00 a.m. and 5:05 p.m. services. Our service is broadcast on Ann Arbor's WAAM radio (1600 AM) at 11:00 a.m.Coffee hour is held after the 9:30 a.m. service in the Social Hall, located beneath the Sanctuary, or outdoors when the weather is fine. On particular Sundays, Coffee Hour may be sponsored by groups or ministry programs at First Pres as a way to highlight their program areas and events. Home-baked cookies are provided, as well as Goldfish crackers for children and those with particular food allergies.

Sunday School: During the academic year, Sunday school is offered for ages crib-twelfth grade at 9:30 a.m., and crib-5th grade at 11:00 a.m. Approximately once a month, we have a Family Worship Sunday, when children are encouraged to worship with their families in the Sanctuary. On those Sundays, child care is available at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. for ages crib-Kindergarten.
