THE PHILIPPINES TASK FORCE IS COLECTING FABRIC (lightweight) including curtains, spreads, and new fabric remnants, for a livelihood project in the Philippines. A marked donation box will be in the hallway by the Church Office through the end of November. The TaskForce purchased sewing machines for the Community Center in Dumaguete, where sewing instruction is provided and a small rental fee is charged for time on the machine. Residents make products that are sold at the marketplace. Questions? Contact Chris Larson at 769-9587.
