On July 14, give the gift of life: give blood! Blood donations are lowest in the summer, yet the blood need is often highest because of recreational accidents. The Red Cross has asked us to schedule a drive at First Presbyterian on Tuesday, July 14, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Social Hall. To schedule an appointment, go online to www.givelife.org, type "first" in the "Step 1: Find a Blood Drive" search box, click on our church's name, click on Schedule at the far right of your chosen appointment time, and input your information. If there are still open appointment times on Sunday, July 12, we'll post a sign-up sheet near the Social Hall.
