Avoid the miserable symptoms, lost work or school days and potential serious health risks of influenza with a Flu shot this year.

Flu and Pneumonia vaccinations will be given at First Presbyterian Church on Monday, October 6, 2008, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Founders and Curtis Rooms. Sign up in the church office (662-4466).

Michigan Visiting Care (MVC) will be providing the immunizations again this year to anyone 18 years or older. The cost of the flu shot is $33. Pneumonia shots are $82. MVC accepts Medicare Part B, Health Alliance Plan (HAP), Blue Care Network, Premier Care and Priority Health insurance. Please bring your insurance cards. Other payment options include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
