At some point, many people care for their aging parents or grandparents. Caregiving can be an emotional rollercoaster as caregivers adjust to new roles and responsibilities. In Care for the Caregiver, important caregiving tips are provided and caregiver stressors identified. The presentation also includes suggestions for caregivers as they attempt to handle feelings of helplessness, guilt, anger and fear, while caring for themselves.
