Applying the Word - Join a re-activated study group

This is an invitation to the congregation to join a re-activated study group concerning Peacemaking and Social Justice. Our plan is to apply Christian ethics concerning these topics and thus our name for this program: Applying the Word.

This program has the support of Adult Ed. and Mission Committees, as well as Pastoral support.

We have not selected meeting times yet, but are now seeking members who have an interest to study and hopefully make recommendations to improve our failed social policies and lack of peace in our country. I invite those who have an interest, to contact me in church, or request more information by phone or by e-mail and I will send a more detailed plan of our beginning discussions of these topics.
